Shahdadpur:
A drunk DSP physically assaulted his in -laws and threatened to kill them in the town of Surahiya de Shahdadpur. The incident has caused a generalized protest in the area.
According to the details, DSP Younus Subahpoto, who is in charge of the Traffic Police in Sukkur, arrived at the house of his in -laws in a drunk state and assaulted them. A video of the incident has gone viral on social networks, causing outrage among the premises.
The people of the family and the affected area organized a protest outside the police station, demanding actions against DSP Young. He was accused of being an alcoholic who frequently harass his in -laws and local especially while he is drunk.
The family said DSP Younus attacked them and wounded them and threatened to kill them. They also accused him of trying to run over his son, Fahad, with his car and then threatened to shoot him.
The protesters alleged that despite multiple complaints, the police have not taken measures against the DSP. They demanded that a case be recorded against him, and he should be arrested immediately.
