
Suzanne Rogers recently revealed that she is in remission after being diagnosed with cancer and how this has changed her life.
On Saturday, November 8, the 82-year-old American actress attended Peacock’s days of our lives 60th Anniversary Celebration, where PEOPLE magazine about his health, as he was diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer in the summer of 2025.
Rogers, who played the role of Maggie Horton on the famous show for 52 years, spoke about her condition saying, “I feel a lot better. I mean, my summer was tough. I had the cancer removed, I had radiation, that was tough. But I didn’t lose my hair. I guess I got it early.”
He added: “I was in stage two and they gave me some type of chemo, it was pills and radiation, and it didn’t affect me, so it was good,” but now he is “in remission.”
After the illness that changed her life and changed her perspective on life, the Never Say Never: The Deidre Hall Story The star admitted that she stopped worrying about trivial things.
“I don’t sweat the small stuff. It’s not worth it. I was running over here and I said, ‘Wait a minute. You’re not going anywhere,'” Suzanne Rogers said.
