The open receiver of the Kansas City bosses, Xavier Worthy, briefly became the topic of conversation during the appearance of Taylor Swift in the Podcast of Travis and Jason Kelce last week.
Swift recalled how he became an obsessive football fan since he left the chief star wing in the “New Heights” podcast. He came so far as to say he was excited about the team selected by Worthy Out of Texas in the 2024 draft.

“That’s crazy. I’m not going to lie,” Worthy said in response to seeing the rapid clip. “She is the biggest pop star of this generation, so it’s crazy that someone running around the house shouting, we write you.” That’s tight.
Worthy had an immediate impact on the Chiefs in her first season. He had 59 trapped for 638 yards and six touchdowns.
He also scored a touchdown at the end of the team’s super bowl defeat with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Swift admitted in Podcast’s interview that he really didn’t know much about football and regretted having asked Kelce a fairly basic question to which any informal fan would know the answer.
“Jason, on our first date, legitimately asked him what it was when the Chiefs played the Eagles in the Super Bowl, and he looked through the field through the Scrimmage line and saw his brother stopped in the other, like five feet in front of him in the field,” he said.

“He didn’t even look at me. As, now I know what a crazy question was … I thought everyone was in the field at the same time. I thought it was as if Jared Goff were here, and Josh Allen is here, and they exploded a whistle. And they go to each other, and they are like, ‘Who will win?”
From there, Swift said he began to learn certain defensive schemes and went crazy when the team recruited the number 28 in general in 2024.
“I didn’t know what the first was in the fore. “My friends are like, ‘Who has annoyed you?
Even Kelce expressed skepticism when he was going crazy about the worthy when he didn’t even know who the team had recruited.

“I was so excited. I couldn’t believe it,” he added.
