“He dislocated his knee, tore his ACL and will have to repair other things,” Ryans said. “So he’ll be out all year.”

Dell was injured on a 30-yard touchdown reception. He was crossing the back of the end zone and made a spectacular catch on a pass from CJ Stroud. He collided with teammate Jared Wayne on the way to the ground and immediately grabbed his knee.

Dell’s teammates were crying as they watched him fall. He was placed on a stretcher and taken out of the stadium in a car before spending the night in a hospital and being flown back to Houston.

He also addressed criticism for letting his emotions show.

“It’s good for young men and women, children who have been raised, and I was taught this too when I was a child, not from my parents but from the world, don’t let anyone see you excited,” said the second. year added the quarterback. “Don’t let anyone see you in a bad light, and yes, there is some truth to that in certain aspects, but there is also life, and I think it was good that people saw me from that perspective and knew that there is still a human factor.” for me, and I’m a normal person.”
