The black keys believe that Oasis has “transformed the continent.”
Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney, who invent the rock duo, performed Manchester’s sounds of the city festival last month, only two days before the first Oasis welcome concert in Heaton Park.
Talking about the Wonder Wall Hitmakers concert, Dan said The sun Newspaper: “The atmosphere was electric. Our audience was so prepared for it.”
“I feel they have transformed the continent. We’ve never seen anything like that,” he added.
During the Wild child Rocker time in Manchester, Dan also visited the Oasis Adidas store. “He had one of the black football shirts: Oasis at the front and Auerbach in the back. He had to do it, man, they are the kings,” he said.
The Black Keys have written three songs with Noel Gallagher in 2023 and have also performed with Liam Gallagher so that they cannot be happier on the brothers’ meeting for a return tour of Oasis.
“It was incredible. We sat down in a circle with our instruments and we worked on things. Not long after that we played a song with Liam [in Milan] And he took the time with him later. He gave us some good advice on our song list, ”Dan told The Outlet, while remembered his interaction with Oasis.
“Noel and Liam are incredible, we are very happy for them,” he concluded.
