- the boys Season 5 won’t stop on the character death front.
- Karl Urban says they’ll kill people as soon as his final season starts
- Prime Video’s hit satirical superhero show will end after this season
Don’t worry, fans of the boysbecause your favorite character may not be safe in the fifth and final season of the hit show.
That’s according to Karl Urban, who plays Supe’s nemesis William ‘Billy’ Butcher in the Prime Video TV adaptation, anyway. Speaking to Variety ahead of the premiere of his new Amazon movie The bluffUrban warned that the satirical superhero series won’t stop at killing off members of its cast.
“Every season, but particularly this season, from episode one, you’re like, ‘oh wow,'” Urban joked. “No one is safe. [There are] deaths from the beginning. Come on! Last season! “Everything is ready!”

Given the number of people who have abandoned their mortal bodies over the past four seasons, plus the fact that this is the popular show’s last hurrah, expect one or more bloodbaths when the boys Season 5 premieres on April 8.
Additionally, Urban’s comments don’t actually reveal who the candidate to be cut might be. the boys season 5. Still, it’s as good an indication as any that some characters, major or not, who populate this universe won’t survive what will be its deadliest eight-part installment to date.
Who is most likely to die in season 5 of The Boys?
Who are the candidates most likely to perish? Butcher and Homelander, his former adversary, seem safe, and the pair’s long-standing feud is one of the boys‘ important storylines that need to be resolved before the season 5 final credits roll.
With Butcher slowly dying of cancer and Homelander being the gruesome Big Bad of the series, I’d be surprised if one or both of them made it out alive. and, with the boys Seemingly gearing up for a climactic showdown between the pair, I don’t think it’s a secret to say that they’ll survive long enough for their long-awaited duel to take place in the series’ final entry.
As for everyone else, it looks like it will be a lottery who lives and who dies in the boys‘Last season. However, as long as Hughie, Starlight, Mother’s Milk, Frenchie and Kimiko live to tell the tale, I don’t care who else earns a tombstone.
