The schedule of the joint session of Parliament scheduled for Monday (today) has been modified. According to a spokesperson for the National Assembly Secretariat, the joint session will now be held at 3:00 p.m. instead of 10:30 a.m.
President Asif Ali Zardari revised the schedule of the joint session. The president will address the joint session of Parliament, Radio Pakistan reported. In the 16th AN’s second parliamentary year, which concluded on February 17, 46 bills were passed, including 40 government bills and six private members’ bills. Twenty-seven resolutions were also adopted during the year.
