LAHORE:
The list of causes of a bank from the Superior Court of Lahore (LHC), which was scheduled to listen to the bail of PTI Imran Khan founder in eight cases of disturbances on May 9 has retired. A division bank comprising Judge Syed Shahbaz Ali Rizvi and Judge Tariq Salem Sheikh had to listen to bail supplications.
He, on his bond, had argued that he was in the custody of NAB in Islamabad on May 9 when the disturbance incidents broke out.
Imran declared that he was involved in “politically manufactured and motivated cases” simply to humiliate and embarrass him.
