Dallas Cowboys is expected to be without the CEEEE Lamb stars for several weeks.

Lamb, the main objective of the Dak Prescott field marshal, suffered a high ankle sprain in Sunday’s defeat against the Chicago Bears. The injury could leave it three to four weeks, according to ESPN.

Stephen Jones, the executive vice president of the cowboys and son of the owner Jerry Jones, told 105.3 the fan of Dallas that the team still needs to evaluate Lamb’s condition, but admitted that it does not seem promising.

“I think we have to evaluate everything and see how it moves as the day progresses,” Jones said. “Certainly, it has the sprain of high ankle, and each of them is different. We would love to have it back to Green Bay, but at the same time, we also understand that the injury is what it is, and we will play it.”

Dallas faces Packers on Sunday in a highly anticipated confrontation, given the successful Micah Parsons trade between the two teams before the 2025 season.

Lamb said the injury is “absolutely” something that he thinks could play. He was injured in the first quarter when the Bears supporter Noah Sewell fell on both legs during an attempt to rush. The repetition showed the Lamb’s ankle turn before it came out cautiously from the field to the medical store.

He returned briefly to run a route, but left forever. After the game, he was seen wearing a walking boot. A magnetic resonance on Monday confirmed the sprain.

Loss of lamb, even temporarily, is significant for cowboys. He opened the year with consecutive 100 yards games of 100 yards before leaving Sunday’s contest.

Lamb has dealt with injuries before, losing only three games in his career in Dallas. He was marginalized by a brain shock in 2021 and a shoulder injury in 2024 that cost him two games.

“Change enough,” Jones said about the offensive without lamb. “When you can have both, it is a great advantage. Certainly, Pickens can do a great job for us on paper.”

The cowboys will trust George Pickens, who showed a visible frustration during the loss of Bears, as well as the closed wing Jake Ferguson and the Kavantae Turpin and Jalen Tolbert receptors to help fill the void.
