Islamabad:
A lower court of Islamabad on Thursday rejected an application to allow the general defender to register a statement in the name of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Prime Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a case related to alleged liquors and recovery of illegal weapons.
The court confirmed arrest orders and ordered Gandapur to record his statement in person or by video link at the next hearing.
Judicial magistrate Movebir Hassan Chishti rejected the statement filed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to register the statement under section 342 on behalf of CM Ali Amin Gandapur.
