In it deadpool movies, Lewis Tan plays Shatterstar. His character, however, appeared in some scenes in the franchise, but the actor says he wants his role to be expanded.
Given the example of Channing Tatum’s Gambit, he says, “Realistically, the best way to approach it would be similar to how they approach Channing Tatum’s character as Gambit.”
The star continues: “You did a cameo, people liked it and they’re going to do a fuller version of it in a more serious way. I read in an interview that it was going to be less comedic now. I feel like we could do the same kind of thing with Shatterstar.”
And he adds: “I’ve had cameos in both Deadpool and Deadpool & Wolverine, but they never developed that character much.”
In another part of the interview, Comic bookLewis shares his views on Mojoworld, a satirical fictional comic book kingdom.
“It would be nice to see Mojoworld. It’s very timely now with AI and the obsessions with screens and social media,” he shares.
“That’s Mojoworld. That planet is basically this gigantic Mad Max Universe, where they’re obsessed with watching people die on TV.”
“They have these gladiatorial combats as entertainment. It’s a very current topic that could become a cool world,” Lewis concludes.
