The federal judgment of Sean “Diddy” combs is approaching the final judgment as the jurors hold one in five verdicts.
After a 12 -hour discussion, the jury has reached a verdict on four of the five positions, including the sexual trafficking and transport of someone by prostitution. But remain divided into organized crime.
According to NBC News, The jury informed the American district judge Aran Subramanian on July 1 that they could not reach a common opinion on the office of extortion due to “non -persuadible points of view.”
In order for the rapper to be convicted of extortion, the jury members must believe that there was a spoken or not spoken agreement between at least two people to commit crimes, and that the combs knowingly participated.
The verdict on the four positions has not yet been read. The court will resume on July 2.
Comps has faced multiple demands since November 2023, when Cassie Ventura accused him of sexual aggression. That case was resolved a day later, but since then more accusers have been presented.
