Google Pixel phones generally stand out in photography, but according to the last filtration, that might not be the case with Pixel 10, since Google is apparently negotiating quality when it comes to the sensors of this phone.
Android Authority claims to have seen documents shared by a source within Google detailing the complete specifications of the Pixel 10 series camera.
It is said that the most important changes will arrive at Google Pixel 10 standard, which could win a third lens. Apparently, this would be the same 10.8MP sensor that you will find in pixel 9 Pro Fold, so, like that phone, it will probably offer 5X optical zoom, but that is not mentioned here.
However, presumably, to keep the cost low, these documents suggest that Google will replace the main and ultra -width sensors of Pixel 9 with the minors for the Pixel 10. Specifically, the 10 pixel 10 will apparently have the same ultra sensors of 48MP wide and 13MP wide as the 9A pixel, together with the same selecting chamber as Pixel 9.
Note that this report lists the main sensor as 50MP instead of 48mp, but it is said that it is the same Samsung GN8 sensor that uses the 48mp pixel 9a, so we suppose it will be marketed as 48mp here.
No changes for the professional and little difference for fold
In any case, there is less change in the other models, with the Pixel 10 Pro and the Pixel 10 Pro
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is also detailed in this escape, but the only camera change here is apparently a small update of the Sony IMX787 (which is also used by Pixel 8A) to the Samsung GN8 (which is also used by Pixel 9A).
That would mean a 50MP main sensor, attached to the same teleobjective ultra width of 10.8mp (probably with 5x optical zoom) and a couple of 10MP Selfie cameras such as pixel 9 pro plate.
Of course, we would take all these statements with a pinch of salt, but we will probably discover with certainty what cameras 10 phones have pixels in August, since it is probably when they will launch.
