James Gunn, the director of SupermanHe has opened on why he chose not to make fun of future DC films in the two final credit moments.
By releasing Superman Film on July 11, 2025, the decision has caused a conversation among fans, especially because it is the rupture of tradition in films.

James Gun said he likes to “give the audience something for having stayed through the credits and see who are all working people in the movie. And so, I think giving them something is fun.”
