The Attorney General PAM Bondi and the United States Department of Justice have turned west in the battle of President Donald Trump to counteract a wave of Trans athletes competing in the sports of the Girls Secondary School.
The DOJ announced an investigation into the Sports League of the High School of California, the CIF, and the Attorney General of California, Rob Bronta, to determine if the State has violated the title IX by allowing Trans athletes to compete in the sports of girls since 2014.
“Title IX exists to protect women and girls in education. It is perverse to allow men to compete against girls, invade their private spaces and take their trophies,” said the attached attorney general of the civil rights K. Dhillon. “This division will aggressively defend women’s very close rights for equal educational opportunities.”

The Office of the United States Prosecutor, Bill Ensayli, who previously served as legislator of the State of California and fought on the field to support families that oppose trans athletes in girls’ sports, is also involved in the investigation.
“The law is clear: discrimination based on sex is illegal and immoral,” said United States lawyer Bill Ensayli. “My office and the rest of the justice department will work tirelessly to protect girls’ sports and detain anyone, including public officials, violating women’s civil rights.”
The announcement cites a current demand filed by the families of two athletes of the high school of girls in Martin Luther King High School in Riverside, California. The announcement did not identify the plaintiffs by name.
The lawsuit, which was presented by the families of Taylor Starling and Kaitlyn Slavin, claimed that the field team through the school threw Starling from their university place in favor of a trans athlete, and that school administrators compared their “Save Girls Sports” shirts with the esvis, Pak Gazette Digital has previously reported.

Starling even testified before the Legislature of the House of Representatives supported a couple of bills that would have reversed the sports eligibility policy of California girls on April 1. Both bills were not approved due to the opposition of the Democratic majority. But now, the demand is cited in a federal investigation.
The Trump Department of Justice has already been willing to sue a State for allowing Trans athletes to compete in girls’ sports. Bondi announced a lawsuit against Maine on April 16 after weeks of warnings and tension, which included multiple federal financing breaks, which have been restored, and a public dispute between Trump and Governor Janet Mills.
Starling’s father, Ryan Starling, previously told Pak Gazette Digital that he supported Trump’s fund cuts to Maine, and would support similar sanctions against his state for allowing trans athletes in girls’ sports.
“Well,” said Ryan Starling in response to seeing the situation in Maine, knowing that the same could develop soon in his state. “That is the only thing they respond is when your financing is cut and when you really affect your pockets, that is the only thing that will change it.
Maine’s girl involved in the battle of Trans athletes reveals how state policies hurt her children’s and sports career
The situation in Maine was largely driven by the news of a trans athlete who won a girl pole jump competition after competing previously in the boys category.
Now, California faces a possible similar result in his state athletics championship.
The next meeting of the state title of girls will have an athlete Trans competing in length and triple jump of girls. The athlete, Ab Hernández de Jurupa Valley High School, has dominated the postseason of girls so far, occupying the first place in both events in the sectional final on May 17.
The Trump Department of Education previously sent a warning to California and Jurupa Valley High School through an exclusive statement to Pak Gazette Digital on May 15.
High school has defended that Hernández competes in the category of girls, to follow the current state law.
“Jusd continues to follow California’s law and CIF policy regarding school athletics. Both state law and CIF policy currently require that students are allowed to participate in athletics and competences teams consisting of their gender identity, regardless of students who appear in the student’s records.
Trump himself entered the debate when he sent a real social position on Tuesday morning, warning the State and Governor Gavin Newsom of possible fund cuts, and orders local authorities to prevent a traffic athlete from competing in the girls category on Saturday.
Only a few hours later, the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) announced that it would make a slight change of rules for the championship this weekend. The change allows biologically female athletes that fell just up to the classification for the championship behind a trans athlete the opportunity to compete for the title this weekend.
The Newsom office provided a statement to Pak Gazette Digital that supports the CIF decision.
This change will result that at least two competitors qualify to compete for the state title after barely falling the typical qualification threshold on Saturday.
“The pilot proposed by CIF is a reasonable and respectful way to navigate a complex issue without compromising competitive equity, a model that is worth pursuing. The governor is encouraged by this reflexive approach,” reads the statement.
Newsom previously admitted that he thought that the biological men who compete in girls’ sports were “deeply unfair”, during an episode of their podcast in March.
The Unified School District of Jurupa (Jusd), where Jurupa Valley High School is located, was included in the list of recipients of a letter informing about incoming investigation, in the official announcement of the department on Tuesday. However, the school district states that it has not received any complaint letter, a spokesman for Pak Gazette Digital told.
The Department of Justice has confirmed Pak Gazette Digital that the Jusd is appointed in the letter.
Pak Gazette Digital has communicated with the CIF, the Office of Bonta and the Unified School District of Riverside to obtain an answer.
