
Tehran: an earthquake of 5.1 magnitude hit Northern Iran on Friday, while Israeli air attacks continued to arrive in the country. However, local authorities said there were no low and only minor damage.
Irna’s official news agency reported that there are no casualties and only “minimum damage.”
According to the USGS, the earthquake reached a depth of 10 kilometers (six miles), about 37 kilometers (23 miles) southwest of the city of Semnan.
State Television reported that the earthquake to measure 5.5 and said “shook the area around the city of Sorkheh in the province of Semnan.”
The tremor was also felt in the capital, Tehran, about 150 kilometers (90 miles) from Sorkheh.
