Local authorities have exhumed Mustafa Amir’s body and transferred it to a morgue for greater investigation, Citied.
The exhumation took place in the Edhi cemetery in the Moach Goth area of Karachi. The procedure was carried out under a strong police presence, with a medical team on the site to supervise the process.
Police surgeon Dr. Samiya Syed and Amir Hassan, head of the CPLC identification project, were present at the site. Initially they examined the grave before the medical team took body samples for later analysis.
Mustafa Amir’s body had been delivered to the Edhi Foundation by the Daryaji Police on February 12. Four days later, on February 16, the body was declared not claimed and buried in the Moach Goth Edhi cemetery.
The next step will imply a post mortem exam to determine the cause of death. DNA samples will also be collected to confirm the identity of the victim.
The sources revealed that they were taken from 7 to 11 samples of the body and will be sent to the Forensic Laboratory of the University of Karachi. The DNA test results are expected to be available in 3 to 4 days, after which the body will be returned to Mustafa Amir’s family.
The Sindh Superior Court had previously approved the exhumation of Mustafa Amir’s body. The judicial magistrate granted the request submitted by the Police, ordering the formation of a Medical Board to carry out an autopsy and collect DNA samples.
In related news, two suspects, Armaghan and Shiraz, accused in the murder of Mustafa Amir, will be presented for preventive detention in the Anti -Terrorist Court No. 3 tomorrow.
The Attorney General Sindh, Muntazir Mehdi, confirmed that the request for the remunition had been submitted to the Court. Armaghan had previously been granted a 4 -day return in Court No. 2, while Shiraz had been granted a return in court No. 1. The authority to remain to Shiraz has now been transferred to Court No. 2.
SSP of Hub has ordered an exhaustive investigation into the incident. SDPO Winder, Muhammad Jan, has received instructions to gather additional tests and explore all potential customers.
The investigators are also investigating why the police were notified late about the vehicle on fire. The authorities suspect that the suspects were familiar with the Daryaji area and are working to determine the route they took to reach the remote location.
A case was recorded against unidentified people after the discovery of the burned vehicle and Mustafa Amir’s body on January 12.
Mustafa Amir murder
Mustafa Amir, who had been missing since January 6, was allegedly killed by her childhood friends, who later burned her body along with her car. According to the reports, the incident arose from a dispute between Mustafa and armed over a girl during the eve of the New Year. On January 6, Mustafa was attracted to Armagan’s house under false claims, where he was violently killed.
After the murder, the suspects transported Mustafa’s body in the trunk of his car to Hub, Baluchistan, where they set fire to the vehicle. The investigations indicate that Armagan and Shiraz were responsible for burning the car and getting rid of the body.
During the investigation, the Police regained the modern weapons of the Armagan residence, which caused the participation of the Department of Anti -Terrorism to track its origin. The authorities have also requested FIA assistance to analyze the data of a portable computer seized from the Armagan Bungalow.
A disturbing audio recording has appeared, supposedly from Mustafa’s last moments, in which he tells a friend who goes to Armagan’s house and suggests that his friend should join him later. This recording has raised concerns about police investigation, since it suggests that Mustafa’s friend knew about his whereabouts, but could not inform the authorities for more than a month.
