A graphic video showed how a baseball fan collapsed 21 feet to the ground in PNC Park in Pittsburgh on Wednesday night, leaving man in a critical condition.
The man seemed to go through the railing on Clemente Wall in the right garden when the star of the pirates, Andrew McCutchen, called two races in the seventh inning. He made a steering wheel in the air before reaching the warning track. The managers and players of the pirates and the Chicago puppies immediately attracted attention to the referees and the medical staff to stop the game and see the man.

Then they placed it on a board and took out the field. Later, the authorities said the man was in a critical condition.
Pittsburgh Public Security officials said Thursday that the incident was being treated as “accidental nature.”
“This incident is being treated as an accidental nature. The patient remains in critical condition in the hospital,” authorities said in an X publication. “The Pittsburgh Police do not anticipate providing additional updates to the public.”
The pirates issued a statement on Wednesday night.
“Tonight, during the seventh entry of the game in PNC Park, an adult man fell from the stands of the right field on the playing field,” the pirates said in a statement.
“Pittsburgh EMS, as well as pirates and puppies training teams and other PNC Park personnel reacted and responded immediately and administered attention. It was transported to the Allegheny General Hospital. There is no more information available at this time.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.”
The puppies players were among those who knelt while watching the man placed on a board and entering the medical cart.
“I didn’t see anything happened, but I saw the face (from Counsell) when he went out to the field, and I realized that it was a very scary moment,” said the puppies star, Dansby Swanson. “All we could do was pray for a good and strong recovery for him and his family. He had never been part of something like that before and I hope he will never be part of something like that again.
“It is a humble reminder of the gratitude that we should all have to play this game. People obviously go out to support us, and they are a great reason why we can do what we do. It is obviously difficult. At a time like that, you want (fans) to know that they love them.”
McCutchen offered a prayer in X.
