The fever signed again Kelsey Mitchell, acquired Sophie Cunningham from Phoenix Mercury and added Natasha Howard, Dewanna Bonner and Sydney Colson. In a low season that saw Las Vegas Aces exchange Kelsey Plum to Los Angeles sparks, fever may have made some of the most cunning movements that have been presented under the radar.

“I had to exercise with DB. As some low season leagues and things abroad end a little, many of them will begin to return and I think it will be very fun to enter the gym and be with my teammates and just starting with Assemble the pieces and see what works or what, “Clark said at Bonner’s introductory press conference, through CBS Sports. “But I think we are going to have many different options to do many different things. I think that is super exciting.”

Clark, Mitchell and Aliyah Boston shone in the 2024 season. Clark won the rookie award of the year and received some MVP votes. Mitchell was an All-Star for the second consecutive season. Boston was also an All-Star for the second time and built impulse after his rookie year.

He adds to players with experience in playoffs and a coach in Stephanie White, who trained the Connecticut Sun the last two seasons in at least 27 victories, and the fever has become formidable contestants for the WNBA title in 2025.

Bonner is a six times All-Star and twice WNBA champion in his own right. Nor is it that it is not intimidated or messy, since it has proven to support its teammates no matter what team is playing. She showed that in the playoffs last season when she and Clark had a dispute in the game.

“I think it is only two competitive players who want to win and push their team to overcome the finish line. It was the playoffs, so emotions are high, tensions are high,” he recalled, through the star of Indy

Bonner added that she and Clark had a good training to build chemistry with Clark.

“I’m just here to give my leadership advice,” Bonner added. “I do not think I need to press it to make any type of player that she is no longer, and I am happy to be here, and I hope to be able to give her a little knowledge to bring her game to a different level.”

The expectations will be high for Clark and fever in its second season of the WNBA.
