One of the most impressive things of the Samsung Galaxy Z fold 7 is how thin it is, with only 4.2 mm thick when it unfolds. In fact, it is so thin that the very rumored folding iPhone may not be able to coincide with it, although this device is probably not started until 2026 as soon as possible, which Samsung could have an even more thin folding.
According to Setsuna Digital (through Apple Insider), the folding iPhone will have a thickness of 4.8 mm when developing, which is certainly quite thin, has a full 0.6 mm thickness that the Samsung Galaxy Z fold 7.
Even so, this would have the 13 -inch iPad Pro rhythm (2024), since it is 5.1 mm thick. It would also exceed 7.8 mm iPhone 16, so this could be one of Apple’s thinnest devices, at least when they deploy.
When we bend, we would assume that it will be at least twice as thick as when it unfolds, but it is unlikely that it is exactly twice as thick, since the folded dimensions of the phones generally have more than twice the deployed, with the galaxy z fold 7 for example 8.9 mm thick.
