It was arrested after allegedly hitting the back of another vehicle last October in Franklin. The officers on the scene said he was stunning his speech, and former NFL field marshal refused to participate in field sobriety tests. Subsequently, a blood sample was taken in a local hospital under a court order.

The authorities found a rifle and a gun loaded in the central console of the Cutler truck.
