After a 16 -seasons MLB race, Gregg Zaun stayed in the game as a radio station for another 12 years.
However, the former receiver and analyst at the Toronto Blue Jays was fired in 2017 after several employees accused him of sexual harassment.
Zau admitted that there were cross lines during his time with Sportsnet in Canada, saying that “he definitely made mistakes” and “let Celebrity get into my head.”

“I was never as famous in Canada as a player as he was as a announcer. I mean, I couldn’t walk down the street,” Zaun told the podcast “Toronto Legends”, and added that he was “flirting” with the employees.
Since then, Zau has become sober and has gone to therapy, but it is clear that he wants to return to transmission.
However, “he can’t.”
“My life got upside down, ruined. My professional career, ruined. I can’t get a work on television,” Zaun said. “There is not much forgiveness for people who resemble me in this world. And it’s my fault. It’s absolutely my fault.

“There are certain conversation issues that do not belong to the workplace. And it is fun, the greatest mistake I have made is to think that because many of the conversations and exchanges were initiated by women in the workplace that were somehow were fine. I was somehow justified in participating in those conversations. The nonsense, the hijinx.
“These accusations were shocking for me. What I could not realize is that it was not the only laugh. And there were other people who saw what was happening, listening to what was happening and silently affected by my behavior, by the behavior of the other participants. Women. And men. And frankly, unacceptable behavior.”
Zau has had some training periods at Ball Independent and Mexico in recent years. In fact, he was allowed to go as an interim manager of the Mexico League team last month.
