The former soccer player from Minnesota and the University of Minnesota, Jack Brewer, shared a complaint with Minnesota Keith Ellison attorney.
The AG is freeing a legal battle against President Donald Trump and the Department of Justice to ensure that transgender athletes can continue to participate in girls’ sports in the state. The continuous challenge of the state of Trump’s executive order to keep women’s sports women has resulted in a controversy that involves a transgender pitcher who has dominated a women’s softball season.
“Clearly, Keith Ellison, Minnesota’s attorney general, has never practiced important sports,” Brewer told Pak Gazette Digital.
“It is as if he had never stepped on a real wardrobe, especially not one in which sport demanded a true athletics, determination and hardness. It is shameful to see a black man stand before the nation and promote boys who compete against girls.”

The White House has responded to demand, condemning Ellison for taking legal measures to allow trans inclusion.
“Why would an adult man demand the Trump administration to allow other biological men to participate in women’s sports? This is spooky and anti-woman,” said White House spokesman Harrison Fields, Pak Gazette Digital.
Brewer played four seasons for the 1998-2001 Golden Gophers, then began his NFL career with the Vikings in 2002. He also raised his children in the state.

“The State has diverted so far that it is doing exactly the opposite of what it once represented. It used to be a national leader in title IX and women’s rights. Now, it is destroying women’s sports, degrading women and promoting situations where men are physically dominating women,” Brewer said.
“It is heartbreaking for any former Gopher, any former Viking athlete, any professional athlete who has lived in that great city. It is shameful. It is shocking. And, to be honest, it is simply devastating.”
The reports of a Trans softball pitcher who won 14 consecutive games in the playoffs and winning honors throughout the state of the first team shook the state in recent weeks.
For Brewer, it is a difficult situation to witness as a resident of Minnesota and former professional athlete.
“In any sport, especially something like softball, people can seriously hurt. A man hits the strongest ball. A man throws the ball faster. Then, the idea of allowing men to compete in women’s softball, especially now, when that sport has grown in visibility and opportunities, it is crazy,” Brewer said.
“Women’s softball is one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. If each high school university baseball decided to go to play women’s softball of division I, there would be no women in the countryside. Anyone who supports that agenda is ignorant or pushing politics about people.
“And that is exactly what Keith Ellison is doing. The girls don’t care. They care about fundraising and remain in power, and they are doing it at the expense of young athletes throughout the United States.
“President Trump understands exactly what is happening. He said it better. If you put a group of MLB players in a women’s softball team, they would win the championship.”
Ellison made the claim announcement at a press conference after months that the State challenges Trump “keeping men out of women’s sports” Executive order. Ellison said he received a notice from the Department of Justice that threatened legal action if the State did not follow the Executive Order.
“I will not sit down waiting that the Trump administration demands Minnesota. Today, Minnesota is already demanding his administration because we will not participate in this shameful harassment,” Ellison said. “We will not let a small group of vulnerable children who only try to be healthy and live their lives will be demonized.”

Ellison’s demand, presented at the United States District Court in Minneapolis, argues that the Trump administration does not have the authority to establish the gender eligibility policies of the States through an executive order.
Minnesota is the first state to sue the Department of Justice for the threats of fund cuts to allow trans athletes to play in girls sports and the second state to demand the Trump administration for the issue.
Maine filed a lawsuit against Trump after the Agriculture Department reduced funds to the State on April 2, and a federal judge already ruled that the USDA must release the funds to Maine.
