Kevin Ware Jr., who spent two seasons at the NFL, declared himself guilty only a few days before the jury selection for his trial for the murder of Ware’s then girlfriend, Taylor Pomaski, was scheduled to begin, multiple media of Houston reported Thursday.
The former closed football wing accepted a guilt during its appearance in court on Wednesday.
Ware agreed 30 years in prison for murder and manipulation of evidence, “specifically a body” in the death of Pomaski, according to Fox 26 Houston. The 44 -year -old man was accused of setting fire to the body of Pomaski.

The Harris County District Prosecutor’s Office did not immediately respond to the request for Pak Gazette Digital comments. Neal Davis III, Ware’s registration lawyer, also did not respond immediately.
Former NFL player Kevin Ware accused of murder
A grand jury of Harris County, a great jury accused in July 2022 for positions of murder and manipulation. The city of Houston is the headquarters of Harris county and its largest city.

Pomaski’s last appearance was in April 2021. He was 29 years old at that time and was at his home in Texas. After several months of searching, the Harris County Sheriff’s department located human remains in a ditch in December 2021. In April 2022, the authorities identified the remains such as those of Pomaski.

Ware was arrested for two positions of possession with the intention of delivering a controlled substance and illegal possession of a firearm as a criminal. The arrest occurred before Pomaski disappeared. Ware was released on April 2021: Pomaski disappeared later that month. Ware’s murder charges in Pomaski’s death will be executed simultaneously with his positions of weapons and drugs, said Houston Chronicle.
Ware is expected to be formally sentenced on May 9.
Ware played for Washington in 2003 before spending the 2004 season with the San Francisco 49ers.
