The former NFL star, Jay Cutler, was sued at Tennessee Court on Tuesday by a DUI accident in October that led to a jail sentence for former Chicago Bears player and the Denver Broncos.
Cutler was arrested after he crashed into another vehicle with his truck. The police said that at that time the former field marshal smelled of alcohol, had eyes injected into blood and was stunning his words. He offered the other driver $ 2,000 not to call the police and let him move away, according to an affidavit of arrest.

Cutler has not responded in court.
Cutler was the eleventh general selection of the 2006 NFL Draft for the Broncos after starring Vanderbilt. He played 37 games for the Broncos since 2006-08 before moving on to the Bears, where most of his 12-year-old NFL was spent.
He launched for 23,443 yards and 154 touchdowns in 102 regular seasonal games with Chicago. The Bears arrived at the playoffs only once under their leadership, in 2010.

Cutler finished his NFL career with 35,133 air yards and 160 TouchDowns in 153 games, including his last season in 2017 with the Miami Dolphins.
