Taylor Lewan must stick to trenches.

The former NFL offensive liner was invited to launch the first ceremonial launch in the San Luis cardinal game on Thursday, and it was a great disappointment.

Lewan, for his credit, launched the tone of 60 feet and 6 inches away while touching the rubber at the Busch stadium.

The former Tennessee Titan, a left -hander, ended but sailed the ball closer to the first base circle on the plate, and several people were a short distance.

Fortunately for Lewan, no one was injured, but a disgusted Lewan threw his hat into the field and was punished with flexions.

“This is the worst day of my athletic career and that includes Chandler Jones. I need redemption,” Lewan published in X, noting that Jones dismissed Ryan Tannehill five times.

Even Lewan’s former teammates in Tennessee, where he spent nine seasons of the NFL registered a GIF of the infamous 50 cent in 2013. The two are copies of carbon.

But Lewan is prepared for a better performance next time.

“I will not stop in the comments about ‘keeping my chin in high’ of someone without one. There are no excuses. We have to be better and there will be redemption,” he said in another publication.
