A lawsuit states that a former Seton Hall pitcher was the object of ride by his teammates, including gross sexual acts.
The former pitcher, whose name has not been publicly identified, said he was “spitting blood everywhere” during an incident, and the novatadas reduced their dream of making the big leagues.
The demand states that the naked and violent fight, as well as a masturbation ritual, are just some of the novatadas incidents.

The demand player states that he was forced to show his genitals to other players, and was called “P — and” when he did not force him.
“What is happening in the locker room is something sick and sick,” the player told the New York Post.
The demand alleges that the chief coach Rob Sheppard and the school had ignored the complaints and “could not investigate or discipline the perpetrators, allowing the toxic culture to persist.”
“There must be a responsibility for the coach to take a responsibility,” said the player. “You have to leave your foot and take control of all that situation and try to improve things a lot.”
The player finally resigned from the team and left school, before playing a game.
“It was a dark moment for me, I was sad, depressed,” he said. “I was on the landfills every day.”

The demand affirms that the player moves to a School of Division III “cost him a season of eligibility and … decreasing his visibility and professional baseball perspectives.”
“Passing all my life trying to get to that point, and finally I got there, and then all this happened, and just my career has derailed,” said the player.
The University sent the following statement to Pak Gazette Digital:
“Seton Hall is firmly committed to promoting a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. Upon learning of certain accusations earlier this year, the university quickly retained a third party researcher respected nationwide to carry out an independent and exhaustive review. As the litigation is ongoing, we cannot comment more at this time.”
