A Gilgit-Baltistan government helicopter crashed near Thor in Chilas on Sunday, leaving three people injured, authorities said.
According to Government spokesman Fizullah Faraq, the helicopter developed a technical failure and tried an emergency landing, but later crashed.
“There were two pilots and three members of the technical personnel on board,” Faraq confirmed.
