The governor of Sindh, Kamran Tessori, has announced that the families of those who lost their lives in truck accidents in Karachi will receive a plot of land.

Speaking at a press conference in Karachi, Tessori said that each family would receive a plot. He explained that a daily lottery would be carried out to assign the plots, and the builders would deliver the archives to the families on the same day.

In addition, Governor Tessori also launched the “Ittehad Ramadan” initiative in the governor’s house during the Sacred Month of Ramadan, since he explained that the program is intended to promote unity and solidarity among people.

Tessori also expressed concern about the growing drug addiction among young people and urged parents to closely monitor their children. He revealed that there are more than 32 different forms of drugs available in the market and emphasized the need for teachers in schools to undergo medical tests.

In an attempt to combat issues related to drugs, the governor announced the creation of a special anti -drug cell in the governor’s house, stating that no one could blackmail others. He added that public awareness would be a key approach to this initiative.

Tessori also shared a disturbing incident in which he received an email threatening his life, with explicit threats of being killed in a similar way to Imran Faooq. Despite these threats, he continued with his planned visit to London.

The governor announced plans to write to the provincial Interior Minister about private security guards, asking for a clear policy on private security. He criticized the current situation, where private security guards are often parked outside residences in large quantities, and urged at the end of this practice, describing it as a mockery of the city.

Kamran Tessori also assured that Mustafa Amir’s case would be thoroughly investigated, and those involved in the case would be responsible.

Finally, the governor thanked the outstanding businessman Ali Sheikhani for his support in providing assistance to Ifar in the governor’s house, according to the recognized of Sheikhani’s regular contributions to several activities in the governor’s house.
