The Hbar Foundation has been associated with the founder of the Internet Subscription Site Onlyfans, Tim Stokely, in an attempt to acquire the application of Chinese Tiktok social networks, according to a new Reuters report.
Stokely and the Hbar Foundation presented an offer last week to the White House through the new family crowdfunding company of the first, said Reuters.
