The Indian Court under the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has declared that the leader of the Hurriyat Conference (APHC) senior of all parties (APHC) Jammu and the Movement of Cashmir Salvation JKSM Altaf Ahmed Bhed Bhat, a proclaimed criminal (PO).
The Court of NIA issued a charges against Bhat de Srinagar, which has been residing in Pakistan since the 1990s. The court accused him of multiple cases. He also ordered his arrest and production in the court that authorizes the Indian police to stop him wherever he finds him, even in Pakistan.
In response to development, Altaf Ahmed Bhat strongly condemned the decision of the Indian Court.
In a statement, Bhat said: “The Cunemir will not be intimidated by the dire tactics of India. No amount of oppression or arrests will dissuade us.”
In addition, he criticized the Indian government for exploiting Pahalgam’s incident as a pretext to launch Israel’s style operations in Jammu and Kashmir of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Bhat, these operations have led to the mass demolition of households, the displacement of the families of Kashmira and the expulsion of asshorative students from Indian educational institutions.
He stressed that more than 4,000 innocent assholes have been arrested, with many families shattered to separate mothers, husbands of husbands and children of parents, which results in what he described as a “heartbreaking humanitarian tragedy without parallel in the modern world.”
Kashmira has become a nuclear inflammation point, pushing both India and Pakistan to two nations with nuclear weapons on the edge of the war, Bhat said.
He asked international organizations and the United Nations to take immediate and significant measures to resolve the Kashmir’s dispute in accordance with the relevant UN resolutions. “Delaying a fair resolution for the subject of Kashmiro could lead to catastrophic consequences for the entire region,” he concluded.
