- It is rumored that the folding iPhone has a low show camera
- We also listen to that it will not have facial identification
- His screens could also be smaller than he was previously rumored
While the world learned to live with the notch of the iPhone, and things improved when Apple changed to a dynamic island, ultimately, we would bet that most people would prefer a smaller cut on the screen. Well, with the iPhone fold, also known as the folding iPhone, we could finally get that, and in fact, there is no possible camera cutting on one of the screens.
This is according to Leaker Yeux1122, publishing at the South Korean site Naver (through Gsmarena). According to them, the current Folding iPhone prototype of Apple has a hole camera on the cover screen and a low -screen camera for the folding screen.
Being under the screen means that it should not cause a visible interruption on the screen, and it is something we have already seen on some phones, such as the Samsung Galaxy Z fold 6, but never on an iPhone.
This is not the first time we hear that the folding iPhone that has a low -tested camera, but listening to it again increases the probability of happening, and that could also be good for other iPhones, since it could mean that the days of a massive screen cut are numbered.
A facial identification will not be found
That said, the identification of the face apparently will not be under the screen. In fact, according to this source, Face ID will not be present at all, with the folding iPhone in its place that is said to have a tactile identification sensor on the side. This is also something we have heard before.
Beyond that, Yeux1122 states that the size of the screen in this prototype is slightly smaller than in the previous prototype. They do not specify what size is here, but a fairly recent filtration pointed to a folding screen of 7.74 inches and a 5.49 -inch cover screen.
Apparently, however, the resolutions have not changed, despite a decrease in size, and Yeux1122 adds that the appearance ratio of the folding screen for this prototype is 14.6: 1, while the cover screen is 14.1: 1.
Of course, even if these details are correct, things may change again in future prototypes, since Apple is not expected to throw the folding iPhone until the end of 2026 as very soon, the company may not yet end the design.
