LAHORE:
The Jaffar Express trains service remains suspended after the recent derailed, with the Pakistan railways continuing the repair and restoration work on the road and the affected coaches.
Railway officials said the rehabilitation of the road is in progress and is expected to be completed soon. Once the line is declared adequate, a test test will be carried out before resuming complete operations.
The train rake has already moved from Lahore to the Sibi station, but the services will remain suspended until the track is completely clear and the derailled coaches have raised again on the track.
