Islamabad:
The Bank of the Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) that has been listening to requests presented against the forced disappearances of citizens has disintegrated after the challenge of a bank member.
A special bank led by Judge Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and comprising Judge Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri and Judge Arbab Muhammad Tahir were listening to the crucial case.
When the court resumed the case of the case on Thursday, Judge Kayani told the petitioners and the respondents that Judge Tahir had challenged when he heard the matter.
