The contaminated defense of contaminated kisses of a French Olympic feator was sufficient on Monday so that the Sports Arbitration Court (CAS) the clearing of an accusation of doping.
The World Anti -Doping Agency (WADA) requested that Ysora Thhibus was expelled from the competition for four years after she tested positive for the anabolic substance osterina in January 2024. However, Wada challenged the explanation that Thibus was contaminated “through kisses with his then partner, who had been using a product that contained ostarina without his knowledge,” said the CAS.
The CAS cleared the Thibus after the judges accepted that it was contaminated by kisses of their American partner for a period of nine days.
The court said Monday: “It is scientifically established that the intake of an ostarine dose similar to the dose ingested by Mrs. Thibus, then, the couple would have left enough quantities of ostarin in saliva to contaminate a person through kisses.”

Cas judges “accepted that the then partner of Mrs. Thibus was taking Ostarine on January 5, 2024, and that there was contamination for nine days with a cumulative effect.”
Thibus’ partner at that time was Race Imboden: twice Olympic fencing bronze medalist for the United States
Thibus finished fifth in the female team sheet at the Paris and 28 Olympic Games in the female individual role. She was a silver medalist in the aluminum event of the women’s team at Tokyo games.

She won a world championship in 2022 in Individual Fail.
