The New York Knicks secured their first victory in a series of late conference ends in a quarter of a century on Saturday night.
The star guard Jalen Brunson scored 23 points, while the Karl-Anthony Towns center scored 20 points in the last quarter to complete the return of the second half of New York in Indianapolis. The Knicks lost 20 points at one point in the game, but they recovered to a victory of the 3 106-100 game over the Pacers.

The Knicks reduced the 2-1 series deficit despite having cities and Brunson in fault problems most of the night.
Tyrese Haliburton led Indiana with 20 points and six assists. Myles Turner added 19 points when Indiana fell to 0-4 of all time playing the same day that Indianapolis 500 was held.

The Pacers had an advantage of 68-52 at the beginning of the third quarter, but New York replied. The Knicks reduced the deficit at 80-70 as the time expired in the third quarter.
Then, behind the strength of the cities and the agility of Brunson, New York finally resumed an 89-88 advantage in Brunson’s basket with 7:10 to play. The Knicks never led for more than four until the final free throws with 2.6 seconds.
Both teams will have a day off tomorrow, before the series resumes on Tuesday.
