Although The last of us The creator Neil Druckmann left him before the work begins in season 3, has confirmed that he will still be involved in a “high level.”
So, if I had any doubt that season 3 could deviate from the post-apocalyptic world that created the mischief, it seems that The last of us Season 3 will continue to be faithful to the beloved games.
Druckmann confirms that his continuous participation is excellent news for the show, and hopefully, this means that his third chapter will remain in good hands.
In statements to Variety, Druckmann said: “The hope of the third season, and what I would like to think that I can contribute better to it, is to make sure that it is as deeply faithful as the season one was.”
He added: “Because I feel that this is the gold standard for this type of adaptation, while enjoying all these beautiful expansions that naturally occur with the rest of the team and how they are working in the third season. So that is where my participation will remain at that very, very high level.”
When cleaning a certain confusion about why he left as co-showrunner, Druckmann added: “I felt that I could better fulfill all my responsibilities if I stayed at a higher level. It was quite difficult to be as involved as a co-showrunner in season 1 and season 2, while executing a study and worked and directed and wrote a game.”
What should we expect from the last season 3 of us?
It is not surprising that fans are eager to know more about one of the best HBO Max shows. The last of us Season 2 has been nominated for 16 Emmy nominations (see our weekend transmission guide to get more), and we all hope that season 3 is the same as celebrated.
It is expected that the last season 3 of us will be concentrated in the video game segment “Seattle Day One” The last of us part 2. Here, we focus on the history of Abby and the conflict between the Washington Liberation Front (WLF) and the seraphites, as seen from his perspective.
According to this, we hope to see an approach in Abby’s past, including his relationship with his father and his time within the WLF.
At the time of writing, we are still waiting for HBO to announce an official plot. Be attentive!
