- Full specifications of the Galaxy S26 have been leaked
- Only minor updates are shown
- Telephones have also been detected in tests.
We’re quickly heading towards 2026, and in the early months of next year we expect to see Samsung Galaxy S26 flagship phones break the cover – phones we now know quite a bit more about, thanks to two new leaks.
The first leak comes from seasoned tipster @UniverseIce, who has posted not once but twice spec lists that supposedly reveal all the key details of the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra (with no sign of a Galaxy S26 Edge).
Here there is the usual increase in the processor: the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or the Samsung Exynos 2600, depending on the model, but other than that it doesn’t look like there are too many updates in the works.
The standard Samsung Galaxy S26 is apparently getting an increase in screen size, from 6.2 inches to 6.3 inches, and the battery capacity will increase from 4000 mAh to 4300 mAh. However, the cameras, RAM, maximum storage, and charging speeds remain unchanged.

As for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus, it looks a lot like the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus. In fact, the only difference we can see in this leak, apart from the chipset, is a small increase in weight: from 190 grams to 194 grams.
When it comes to the Galaxy S26 Ultra, again many things are the same. However, the 10MP telephoto camera is rumored to have a larger sensor, while wired charging speed will increase from 45W to 60W. He is also said to be getting a little thinner.
Samsung fans will be disappointed that there are such minor changes to the 2026 phones, and it’s something the manufacturer has already been criticized for in the past: settling for minor updates year after year, compared to what Apple is doing with the best iPhones.
The second leak we have comes from @theonecid, who says that the Galaxy S26 was detected on a test server, running One UI 8.5. That suggests we could see a launch as early as January, although there has been some uncertainty about that.
