UNITED NATIONS:
The UN Ambassador of Pakistan, Munir Akram, met Wednesday with his Chinese counterpart Fu Cong, who is also president of the UN Security Council for the month of February, to deliver a letter from Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, VicePrimer Minister of Pakistan, as a Kashmir Solidarity of solidarity was observed one day worldwide.
In the letter, the DPM/FM caught the attention of the Security Council to the serious human rights violations in IIOJK at the hands of the Indian occupation forces, and urged the members of the Council to take decisive measures.
