- Lies of P: The overture will not expand in the surprise of the base game of a scene after the credits
- Presumably, this will be saved for the eventual sequel to the game
- Director Jiwon Choi states that the DLC will take between 15 and 20 hours to win
Seems Lies of p‘s next Overture DLC will not explain the bolt game stunter of a scene after the credits.
The game director, Jiwon Choi, confirmed so much in a conversation with IGN in GDC 2025. Choi explained to the exit that the so theorized scene after the credits has nothing to do with Overture, Add: “They are attentive to additional ads in the future.”
Most likely, then, Neowiz will have that scene after the credits as the basis of Lies of p’s Sequel, which has also been announced by the developer.
While Choi did not give anything about this sequel to his talk with IGN, he added that: “What I can certainly tell you is when we share such news or media and active with you, you will know with certainty that we are ready to introduce yourself to you.”
Spoil of Lies of pThe scene after the credits is detailed below, continues to read at your own risk.
Attend
The scene after the credits to Lies of p Quite unequivocally spell that the next project of the developer will be thematic The Wizard of Oz. Or, more likely, the source material novel The wonderful Wizard of Oz Written by L. Frank Baum. On the scene, we received a brief photo of Dorothy, the protagonist of the work, by clicking on her iconic red shoes together.
The scene clearly gives that the general Lies of p Universe will explore the fairy tales of public domain, as the first game does for The adventures of Pinocchio By Carlo Collodi.
Personally, I prefer the fact that Overture DLC will continue based on the history of Pinocchio, with the Oz wizard Establish presumably being saved for the sequel.
Obviously, this would give Neawiz a bigger frame to explore Baum’s work and provide his own turn (probably very gloomy) in history.
In terms of Overture, However, Choi mentions that the DLC will lead to the “experienced players” about 15-20 hours to win, and that they should play again through the base game to collect clues about what they can expect in the next expansion.
