- Mendix’s report finds that 99% of manufacturing organizations use a low code
- C-SUITE executives are pressing the low-code efficiency benefits
- AI could further improve things, but at the expense of improvement
New research has revealed how much companies could benefit from artificial and low code intelligence in the middle of a continuously hard economy.
Mendix’s report discovers the already extensive nature of the low code, with 99% of manufacturing organizations that use it for development and 84% of IT leaders believe that the low code combined with AI could accelerate innovation.
However, not only how many organizations use the low code that surprises, it is also the beneficial thing that has been for them, says Mendix.
Under code and could accelerate commercial innovation
Some of the outstanding benefits include: improved productivity for technical equipment, a simplified development process, improved time to market, innovation and faster innovation at scale.
The low code is clearly admired for its productivity reinforcement skills, with 50% of the COs and 51% of the CEOs involved largely in the decision -making process surrounding its adoption; This is especially notable in the manufacturing industry.
Technology is now being used for digital transformation strategies (52%), improve inherited processes (48%) and reduce operating costs (43%).
Combined with artificial intelligence, the low code seems to be unlocking even more time savings. Four out of five (81%) responded are using low code coding and assistance, however, the usual concerns remain in force when it comes to the adoption of the companies among companies.
More than two thirds (69%) of technical leaders are concerned about AI governance, and there is also a general feeling that more training and qualification efforts are needed to make the most of what artificial intelligence has to offer.
“Used wisely, the low code is about rethinking the complete commercial processes from scratch,” said the CEO of Mendix, Raymond Kok.
“Low-code also opens new ways for fusion equipment to think bigger when it comes to using technology to transform their organization for the future, provided they prioritize rating users to maximize the potential of the low code for their cases of unique use.
