The marine breeze brings relief in the heat wave

The marine breeze has been completely restored, and it is likely that mercury in the city will remain between 34 and 36 degrees Celsius over the next three days, said the spokesman of the Pakistan’s department of Meteorology (PMD), Anjum Nazir Zeigham on Tuesday.

The city remained hot and wet, but outside the maximums witnessed in recent days.

According to PMD, the maximum temperature was 34.2 degrees, while moisture was 48 percent. According to the Welwave PMD alert, it is likely that the districts of Central and South Sindh are witnesses of daytime temperatures of approximately five to seven degrees higher than the average April temperatures.

The highest temperature of the day, 47 degrees Celsius, was recorded in Nawabshah due to the current heat wave. Larkana, Jacobabad, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad and Jamshoro’s districts can remain in the control of intense heat on Wednesday (today).

Light rain is possible in Jamshoro, Dadu and Nawabshah.
