Two days later, Kidd made a surprising admission about his prior participation of great success. He said he learned that an agreement involving Dončić was in progress to the “eleventh hour.”

“Eleventh hour. I just received a call to come to the room and told him about the trade,” Kidd said, answering a question about when he discovered that Dončić was in the commercial block.
Kidd, a former Mavericks shipowner, added that he can only train players on the list.

“Nobody will feel bad for us. Exchanges occur in this game. Things change, the coaches change, the teams sell. Many things happen that they are out of our control, but you must continue doing your job., And that’s what it is what I am doing.

Davis was out of Thursday’s game with abdominal tension. He made his debut with Dallas on Saturday, registering a double double of 26 points before leaving the game against the Houston Rockets with an injury at the bottom of the body.
