Josh Allen finally won his first MVP prize on Thursday night by a thin margin.
The Buffalo Bills field Marshal surpassed Lamar Jackson for 21 points. Allen received 27 votes first at Jackson 23.
Allen has been a Perennial MVP candidate throughout his career, but he had always fallen short before Thursday.

He was a finalist three previous times, and with Jackson just winning last year, a member of the Hall of Fame suggested that Allen received sympathy votes this year.
“I understand it, because [Josh] It is a great quarterback. I had not won one. Lamar had two. And they say: ‘We are going to give him one’. But that is the wrong reason, “said Jonathan Ogden to TMZ Sports.” But everything is fine. What are you going to do? But they made the wrong decision. But that’s all right.

Jackson’s numbers make Trump Allen mainly in all areas, but there is something to say about Allen’s invoices fleeing with his division despite letting the Stefon Diggs receptor go.
This season marked the first time since 2019, Allen has not passed for 4,000 yards, but led the NFL with a total QBR of 77.4. While his 28 TouchDowns of pass were also the lowest since 2019, he ran for 12 touchdowns, the second most of his career.

After winning his second MVP prize last year, Jackson reached the maximum race with his first 4,000 -yard campaign and his first season by launching 40 touchdowns.
Allen obtained the benefit of a much lower division, ensuring AFC East on December 1. But it was clear that while Allen is in the fold, Bills have the opportunity to compete.
Allen received 22 votes in second place at the 26th of Jackson (Saquon Barkley and Joe Burrow received one), while Allen also obtained a vote in third place. Jackson registered a vote in fourth.

This comes despite Jackson receiving more votes of the first team that Allen. It is the first time since 1987 (John Elway), a first team of the first team did not win the MVP.
