Chilas, Gilgit:
The federal minister of states and border regions, the affairs of Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, Engir Muqam, visited Chilas in Gilgit Baltistan, saying that problems of those affected by the dams Dasu Kohistan and Diamer-Bhasha would be addressed.
He said that Prime Minister’s special committee was analyzing the problems of affected people, reiterating that GB’s development was the highest priority of the government. He said that a 30 percent increase in his development budget was made.
Muqam said the inauguration of the Danish schools would take place after EID and proposed that those affected constitute their negotiation committee.
