Online technology retailers worldwide have begun to offer the flagship of Nvidia’s flagship, the RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell Workstation Edition, To preordinate for only USD 7,673, well below USD 8,435 of the PC connection, a 9%insignificant discount.
B2B specialists Technology and Directdial (presumably sharing the same database) have published listings for the most expensive video card ever released.
The RTX Pro 6000 Q work station edition more powerful but more frugal is also available for the same price. Both models are sold in retail containers with a slight premium.
PC (and MAC connection) have been eliminated for now, but I come, itcreations, exxact corporation in the USA. UU. And Indes, their supplies, Gegeka in Europe have pages for the edition of RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell Work Station, some with prices, some without.
Fresh RTX actions available soon?
NVIDIA debuted three versions of the Nvidia Pro 6000 video card last week at its annual GPU technology conference (GTC) In San José, California.
It is unlikely that the server version goes on sale, since it will surely be sold as part of a server system.
The Max-Q iteration offers 10% less yield with a 50% reduction in energy consumption, which makes it ideal for systems where multiple cards will be implemented.
With a performance of up to 4000 AI Tops, the Vanilla RTX Pro 6000 BWE plain is the most powerful NVIDIA GPU ever released.
It is twice the size of the memory (and energy consumption) of its former performance champion, the RTX 6000 and 3X than RTX 5090, the Best GPU In the consumer market.
Apart from Nvidia, PNY, Leadtek and Elsa are the other manufacturers of graphics cards that will store the RTX Pro series.
Nvidia RTX pro forming to be a bargain?
At the time of writing, there is a price difference of approximately USD1,100 between the current flagship and the previous one, the RTX 6000 ADA generation, but there are more than just prices.
I managed to track four other RTX Pro cards, including the RTX Pro 2000 not announced with 8 GB of GDDR7 memory and a 115W TDP.
On paper, this is the only card that seems to have retreated compared to the previous generation, since it has half of the memory of its predecessor, the RTX 2000 ADA generation.
For the other three (4000, 4500, 5000), I reserve my judgment, but on paper, it seems quite promising.
The RTX Pro 4000 has the same amount of memory as the only step of the previous generation (RTX 4500 AG), has a lower energy consumption and a memory bandwidth and much higher CUDA memory count.
Since the RTX 4500 AG costs $ 2,139 and the RTX Pro 4000 costs $ 1,407, there is no obvious reason to choose the first on the second.
Compared to RTX 5000 AG, the RTX Pro 4500 has much lower energy consumption (20%) and a much higher memory bandwidth but also less CUDA nuclei.
However, these are the fourth generation, and I hope that both cards have a widely similar performance.
In terms of prices, the RTX Pro 4500 costs USD 2,268, while the RTX 5000 AG is sold for USD 3,742, 65% more expensive, which makes it very difficult to justify the purchase of the latter.
There is a similar pattern between RTX Pro 5000 and RTX 6000 AG when it comes to CUDA nuclei, memory bandwidth and quantity.
However, its TDP (300W) is the same, while RTX 6000 AG is approximately 62% more expensive than RTX Pro 5000.
Interestingly, Nvidia has not revealed the performance metrics (unique floating point performance and AI FP4 with scarcity) for these four cards for dark reasons.
That prevents us from making face -to -face comparisons, which can leave actions on the channel without selling and causing the retailers with many headaches.
