- The newly discovered geekbench reference points suggest that the rumored Motorola Razr Plus could overcome the Galaxy Z Flip 7 Specss-Wise
- The new Razr Plus could show off the Snapdragon 8 Elite and 16 GB chipset
- The Galaxy Z Flip 7 in turn can only get 12 GB of RAM, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite or Exynos 2500 chipset.
Samsung has not yet confirmed the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, but it seems that a powerful rival is on the way to rumored Motorola Razr Plus 2025.
According to Geekbench reference reports recently discovered, the rumored Motorola Razr Plus model this year is equipped with an elite chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 8, the Adreno 830 GPU and an impressive 16 GB of RAM.
The Geekbench report, seen by Xpertpick, also suggests that the phone will run an Android 15 -based operating system, most likely a version of the Motorola android HELLO UI wrapper.
These specifications, although not yet confirmed, could give the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 without warning a career for their money. As we reported previously, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 could come with an exyn 2500 chipset of Snapdragon 8 Elite or Samsung.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite would be a safe bet to match or overcome the same chipset found in the RAZR Plus: it is typical that Samsung phones come with special versions “for Galaxy” of the Qualcomm chips sets.
However, a galaxy z Flip 7 equipped with the exyn 2500 chipset would not have a certain advantage over the RAZR Plus: the problems with the Samsung exyn chipset platform are well documented and have prevented the technological giant from adjusting to its flagship phones with their own fields in recent years.
Not to mention that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to be launched with 12 GB of RAM to the rumored 16 GB of Razr Plus: that difference could give the reason more an advantage for multitasking and the processing of AI on the device.
In addition, the current Motorola Razr Plus gene starts at $ 1,000 / £ 1,000 / au $ 1,700, while the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 starts at $ 1,099 / £ 1.049 / AU $ 1,799. Assuming that none of the phones sees a price increase with its next iteration, it will be another victory for Razr Plus.
As Phonerena points out, Motorola is expected to launch the new RAR alignment, which will be launched as the RACE 60 alignment outside the United States, on April 24, so we do not have too much time to wait to discover the real specifications of this new folding.
Until then, the above is effectively based on rumors; Even so, it is always good to hear that phone manufacturers challenge Samsung in the folding space. Let us know if any of these phones are waiting in the comments below.
