NCAA has officially changed its gender eligibility policies to prohibit all biological men in women’s sports one day after President Donald Trump signed an executive order to address the problem.
The governing agency of university sports announced on Thursday afternoon its new participation policy for students transgender athletes.
“An athlete student assigned to a man at birth may not compete in a team of women,” says the new policy.

The previous policy, which had been in force in 2010, allowed biological men to compete in the category of women after undergoing at least one year of testosterone suppression treatment.
