- Clicks introduces new BlackBerry-style Power Keyboard
- Works with any phone with MagSafe or Qi2 wireless charging
- Pricing for the accessory starts at $79 / £60 / AU$120
In early 2024, we saw the arrival of the Clicks company and its BlackBerry-style keyboard accessories for iPhones (and eventually Android devices as well). Now, in early 2026, Clicks launched a new Power Keyboard.
There are a couple of changes with Clicks Power Keyboard. First, it slides out from behind the phone, so it’s not always in view. Secondly, it doubles as a wireless charger that works with any phone that supports MagSafe or Qi2 standards.
Plus, it works via Bluetooth, so you can use it separately with any device that allows you to connect a wireless keyboard. You could use it with one of the best iPads or the best Android tablets whenever you need to write something, for example.
“Power Keys seamlessly transitions from phone to tablet to TV to spatial computing, so wherever ideas strike, writing just works,” explains Clicks. You get “satisfying haptic feedback” in any app and on any device you need it.
Specifications and prices
Here are some specs: The Power Keyboard comes with 2150 mAh built-in, 500 mAh of which is reserved for powering the accessory (you can adjust this, if necessary). In comparison, the iPhone 17 comes with a 3,692 mAh battery.
So this will only get you about 50-60% recharge for your phone depending on the battery capacity, so it’s not really a power bank. Of course, you can plug it into a power outlet and also use it as a wireless charger on a desk.
There’s support for 5W wireless charging via MagSafe or Qi2 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, and you can also switch between multiple devices. It measures 119.7mm x 76.6mm x 15.2mm and tips the scales at 180 grams.
Pre-orders are now open for a special reduced price of $79 / £60 / AU$120, with shipping in the “spring” for the US (i.e. March, April or May). At some point the price will rise to $109 / £81 / AU$163, so if you’re interested, jump in ASAP.
