For some time, we have been listening to rumors about how thin they will be the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, and a newly filtered practical video, which supposedly shows a fictitious unit for the folding, gives us more evidence of the arrogance of the folding.
This video comes from tosinza on YouTube (through 9to5google), and the fictitious unit is compared directly to Samsung’s current folding in terms of its thickness and dimensions, including the Galaxy Z Fold 6.
These fictitious units often appear before the telephone launches, and are based on schemes and filtered information of the supply chain. Actually, they do not work as phones, but they can be useful for accessory manufacturers preparing their products for launching day.
Based on the new video, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will have a thick of 4.5 mm when it takes place, so it will be significantly thinner than its predecessor (5.6 mm), while it will not take the honor of being the most thin folding phone of the Oppo Find N5 (4.21 mm).

The rumors that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 would be super thin has been turning since last year, and although nothing is confirmed until this phone is official, it would be a surprise if it did not throw some millimeters compared to the 2024 model.
